The speciality is a caramalised brioche and very good it is too! The breads are good, the service efficient but not over friendly. The usual croissants and pain aux raisins are very good.
Just a couple of streets from the main Quai. Next to the church. Wonderful bread and the best range of cakes / patisserie for many a mile from St Vaast.
Excellent boulangerie with great range of bread near to the main church and Marie with the museum and other shops close by
Gibon is by far the best patisserie in St Vaast. Wherever Im staying I will pass over patisseries to get my pastries from Gibon. The almond croissants are the freshest i’ve ever tasted. The service is friendly too.
