Trained in catering school, with oenology option, followed by a specialization in the refining of cheeses, Fabrice Viart proposed on the markets of the South of Manche his range of more than 200 cheeses, during 3 years, before finding the location, which he wished to open his shop in Granville. This range consists of farmhouse cheeses, essentially in the unpasteurized milk. He also proposes dairy products (butter, cream, unpasteurized milk, yoghurts...), as well as local and gourmet products.
