Stayed in the hotel which was lovely. Staff and service in restaurant pleasant. But food really not nice. Gloopy ravioli. Fish overcooked. Creme brûlée like scrambled egg with thick layer sugar on top. Polyester napkins and tablecloth. I wouldn’t eat there again
we dined here a couple of nights, good atmosphere the service was attentive, fine wines, very nice we would eat here again. it was quite busy when we were there and we were well looked after.
Lovely food and excellent service provided a really French dining experience. Menu wide enough to cope with a 4-night stay and all beautifully presented.
Diner was excellent and staff very friendly. Wine card rather limited and expensive.Only a few cheap but good wines.
Tucked away off the beaten track, the restaurant (in the main outbuilding of the Chateau Corneille) is crisp, eclectically decorated (old books and mirrors everywhere) Stylish ffod, beautifully cooked & presented. Couldn’t fault it.
