Great dining is often a result of dumb luck – followed the locals to see where they ate – looked like this was the place. Had a croque monseiur and the Formule du Jour. Excellent value all around. Great service.
although I was only here for drinks the service was very good as was the food which passed me as I was standing at the bar the bar itself was well presented and clean if ever in Rouen I will be here again
