This place was recommended by a local as THE place to get a good steak in Carcassonne. We were the only english speakers in what was obviously a very local place. Steaks are cooked over a fire in a corner of the restaurant. Food was not expensive, but boy was it good. This was a real find and while easily accessible on foot from the mideaval city, it was also totally off the beaten path.
