This great place has closed since we were in Collioure last year. It was then our favourite but has now been replaces by Les Mouettes, which is nice enough, and excellent for lunch, but not as special as this was. Sad!
We were recommended this restaurant by the receptionist at our hotel. The service was pleasant enough but the fish a la plancha (whiting and monkfish) first came extremely undercooked and even when done more had little taste or freshness. A very poor meal.
This small restaurant next to the beach (and next to hotel Boramar) is a good adress for enjoying fresh fish. The wines ard resonable prices en the waitresses are efficient, friendly but sometimes not in a hurry.
I looked forward to this visit and was sorry to say dissatisfied. Arrogance and not the best service and food much more expensive than expected.
We loved this place so much we went back the next night. The appeal is fish caught that day simply cooked and served on an unusual salad. And you sit outside and enjoy the sunset over the bay. Magic!
