Everything was convivial and everything tasted very good. Great wines to boot. We had an amazing grilled lamb, and my friend ordered vegetarian salad. And both were at the very top of their categories.
We ate here for the 4 nights we stayed in Fitou. The food and wine was excellent each night. The welcome was genuine and the owners were great to talk to about their vineyard. The buffet starter and dessert were exceptional.
The salad bar is extraordinary and not just salad: crustaceans and salmon abound. The menu is extensive and all is finely cooked. All of the service is cheerful, warm, and friendly.
