This is supposed to be one of the best restaurants in this part of the south of France, between Narbonne and Beziers. It is definitely worth adding to your list. The cuisine is good, and the location quite pleasant. It is particularly of note because oddly, for France, there are few good restaurants in this neck of the woods.
