Stylish, seasonal Mediterranean cuisine by chef Valere Diochet . Our menu changes frequently to take advantage of the best seasonal local produce. A relaxed restaurant not molecular gastronomy or liveried staff. But super fresh Mediterranean dishes and brasserie classics, popular with guests and locals alike. Awarded 2 toques and 14/20 in the 2019 Gault et Millau guide, the restaurant at Chateau Les Carrasses is open year-round and is just 5 minutes from Capestang and 20 minutes from Narbonne and Beziers. Meals are served in the beautifully restored salon with its cast iron pillars and vaulted ceilings or on the superb terrace with spectacular views over the estate and surrounding countryside. Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week from April to October, closed Monday and Tuesday in winter. Lunch: 25 menu available from Monday to Saturday. Sunday lunch and Dinner: 38 menu or a la carte available for Sunday lunch and for dinner 7 days a week.Details
