I propose a cuisine from fresh seasonal ingredients, primarily Lotois, mainly from farms located within a radius of 30km around Gourdon. All dishes are homemade We take time, drink good wine (in moderation) and enjoy the peace of the terrace. The meal is punctuated according to the cooking time, here no express service, the products deserve to be prepared with respect, as the producers grow and raise for me. The average duration of a full meal is 1h I prefer quality above all else ... Working alone, it is difficult for me to receive large tables at the expense of it, the majority of dishes being made to order to preserve the taste and organoleptic quality of the dishes served. The romantic atmosphere and the calm of the terrace lends itself better to couples and small committees, which is why, in addition to the technical constraints related to my workspace, I favor this atmosphere.
