About
A fine dining experience to remember and a spectacular view ! The restaurant caters for 40 covers - 60 for groups - and provides the perfect setting in a spacious (100m2), light-drenched dining room. It is decorated in a cosy, contemporary style and offers a stunning panoramic view over the Corbires mountains. The partially shady terrace open during the summer season offers the same breathtaking backdrop. The head chef, Julien ORACZ was voted Best Apprentice Cook in Aude at the Andr Pachon competition in 1998 which won him a 2-month internship in JAPAN where he learnt to master sushis. He then went on to work alongside Dominique BOUCHET for 4 years at the Hotel de Crillon in Paris. Our young chef now runs his own kitchen and specialises in traditional cuisine revisited. Julien OR, the talented head chef, offers guests traditional yet imaginative cuisine, prepared with locally sources ingredients. His wife, Alexandra, waits on the table and offers the very best services.
