The Hotel re-opened after the winter on 1st April and we were amongst the first to dine there. Whilst the restaurant was not warm, the service was excellent and the food superb. The cassoulet really is worth the trip alone!

This is a great location next to the river in Alet les Bains, which has history going back to the Romans. There is an extensive menu with something for everyone!
