Japanese shaved ice. hand-made syrup. only open durring summer, at 11 rue de Verdun, montpellier, this year 2018. A popular Japanese summertime desert found at food stands and summer festivals. All ice blocks used are handmade with mineral water. Our syrups are also handmade in the shop, using only the finest ingredients. The deserts are made with no artificial sweeteners or coloring and are gluten free. It's a healthy, refreshing desert, perfect for kids as well as adults.
