We visited twice for an aperitif. It was a really friendly bar and we were made to feel really welcome. There was a rugby match showing on tv when we were there. The locals watching the match were very chatty and friendly.
This is a small cafe restaurant. The food is cheap and cheerful. I had a very good rustic bolognese dish and my husband had the carbonara. The bill was under twenty euros with two glasses of wine. Excellent value for nice food.
We stopped in for a beer during our visit to the town. Waiter was efficient although actually paying for anything was less easy. No loud music and from what I saw the food was excellent and good value.
Great cafe handy for drinks just through main entrance into Mont-Louis. Owner is English and very friendly. Can accommodate lots of people at once at outside tables.
During a Three Country in One Day tour, this was our stop for cafe au lait or hot chocolate. The owner was very pleasant and the drinks just what we needed on a brisk morning
I came here on a tour and we stopped to have a cafe au lait and croissant , it was delicious, and the town is so small and pretty
We arrived in Mont Louis rather late and rather hungry. We were welcomed by the patron who is English, but has lived in France for many years. He produced a very flavourful Paella aux Cêpes freshly cooked. Just what we needed.
