With a passion was born The Bistronome in Toulouse, a meeting between a passion for cooking and a talented chef. Julien leader, Benoit Arnaud and managers. We built the Bistronome to offer you fresh, seasonal and local. Cooking is a passion first. In Bistronome, everything is homemade, no way to eat strawberries in winter nor St Jacques in summer. Fruits and vegetables come from La Ferme des Fleurettes to Montberon (31) Beef is Aubrac and comes directly from Aveyron. Fish is provided by the local fishmonger, salmon obviously is not sin in La Garonne bio or Red Label but depending on the tide. Sauces and juices are not powder but made with the old bones of our producers. The desserts are not purchased through the agri-industry aliementaire provided vacuum but bels and goods manufactured by Julian! No assembly, no heating, the Bistronome offers healthy cuisine and knows his producers.
