About
Our chef uses the finest, mainly locally sourced ingredients. He conjures up the French classics and gives other dishes an inspired contemporary twist. A gastronomic feast for the eyes and food for the soul. The restaurant is named after local poet Pierre de Ronsard. Diners wax lyrical over long lunches, romantic dinners and occasions when only fine dining will do. The superb wine list reflects the exceptional wine growing areas nearby and further afield and the cheese chariot is an epicurean triumph.
