The chef Anthony Nguyen, France champion sushi 2015 ( Sushi Global Challenge) and a graduate of the "world skills sushi Institute " and the "All Japan Sushi Association " welcomes you to its new facility , the Izakaya Joyi at 4, rue Colmar in Nantes ( city of Congress ) , opening Wednesday, December 9, 2015 . We offer a " sushi bar " area where you can taste our sushi , maki and sashimi cut and assembled on demand and a Japanese bistro area " Izakaya " with authentic Japanese cuisine where you can choose to sit either on classic table or coffee table in Japanese ( Kotatsu ) .
