Warm Sunday lunchtime welcome. Excellent service. Delicious and attractively presented food from a limited but interesting menu for all tastes. Good French wine list with a discovery for us – an excellent Loire dessert wine ”Coteaux du Layon”. Full of “locals” which speaks volumes.

We had a great meal, the service was good. Everyone was very friendly. For the quality of food we were served, it wasn’t too expensive, especially if you choose from the menu d’envie. A great showcase of the exceptional local produce.
Fabulous place to have lunch. Sat in the garden, food wonderful, child and dog friendly, do visit after taking a boat out on the marshes.
