LA GRANGE, a true restaurant Proud of our region since 25 years with my chef Thierry Bossard and with our pastry Aurle Letourneux who joined us for this adventure we had at heart to promote a true hospitality and an authentic traditional cuisine that changes with seasons and for us there is evidence that is "100% prepared and cooked at LA GRANGE," the priority from the beginning is great emphasis on fresh local produce of our regions. Already 2 years at your service The story began in 2014, after 20 years to open restaurants around the world I go home to La Brche of Varennes sur Loire. Frdrique my wife accompanies me in this project. It is the beginning of a great adventure. Together we create a restaurant in our image. The place is warm and friendly and the food is generous and delicious. LA GRANGE finally opens March 15, 2014
