New wave cafe near saint victor serving bagels, Californian-style salad bowls, dish of the day, brownies, fruit compotes and more. Take away or eat in – young, hip atmosphere. A breathe of fresh air, totally unlike your usual tired French cafe bar.
A pleasant food & service experience. Great meny, good food and really excellent service. Nice location. Also noticed that La Cantine is popular among the locals, tables quickly filling up, mostly by reservations.
The three courses we had were great, food was excellent, cooked to perfection, atmosphere in restaurant is good, very busy so it shows how delish the food is, would highly recommend, anyone that wants great french food this is the place by far.
The food was sublime and only outshone by the level of service. Quick, yet unhurried service of excellent quality. My personal recommendation would be to ask if Michel can look after you. A fantastic environment with a really nice vibe.
Great food, excellent service, attention to detail – to the extent that the staff notice things and give suggestions before you even ask. They even gaves us a small Xmas gift. What can I say – it is highly recommended!
