We spent 3 days in Kutaisi and visited a few restaurants and cafes so I can say that this place is the best we were eating in. We had a meal there twice and ordered different kind of dishes. Everything was on the top level.
Fruit assort a bit disappointing, for the proce of 10 GEL you would expect something better, but the brownie is delicious. Overall a pretty nice place with english speaking service.
