Whether roast beef from the local beef, hand-stewed spaetzle from the board, potato salad, Herrgottsbescheisserle or Apfelkchle, in our traditional kitchen everything is made according to old craftmanship fresh and honest for you and freshly prepared. Seasonal grains such as asparagus, chanterelle, goose or game bring momentum to our home cooking. The oldest building in the municipality of Kngen was built in 1485. Since 1793 the listed building bears the name "Old Vogtei". In 1984 the Alte Vogtei was renovated and converted into a charming wine tavern.
