We arrived with a family of 4. It took us 10 min to attract the waiters attention. After that he was pretty unfriendly to us. It felt like this behaviour was mainly towards tourists. After paying left the place with a pretty unhappy feeling.
A group of us were here on a very hot day and appreciated the ample shade under the chestnut trees. The beer was very good and the service was okay. We did not have a meal here so I can not comment on the food.
Great food and bear. Nice restaurant with a biergarten outside. The service is excellent. Placed in a beautiful part of Passau.
