Stopped in here for a break while walking around Passau. It was a happy accident. Coffee and desserts were excellent, service was good, and the waitress spoke English. Also saw an object not found in the U.S. any more–a cigarette vending machine!
Cafes are really enjoyable in Passau, and here we enjoyed coffees and amazing desserts while we studied our map for a good walking route to include a little shopping.
