The chef Lino Vileno selects and imports directly from Molise (and its Campomarino charming town on the Adriatic Sea) .Usiamo only certified ingredients Molise who come from traditional companies run familiare.Pasta prepared according to traditional recipes of Molise. We produce special pasta (pappardelle, Guitar, Paccheri, Strozzapreti, Fusilli etc.) Homemade! The other pasta is always Molise (LA Molise and Colavita). We prepare with all the passion of Molise only the finest and freshest vegetables and meat products (including organic) in the region. Our fish is fresh Mediterranean. Our dishes are based on seasonal availability of ingredients and change every week. Cooking requires preparation time (salsa and seasonings), we place particular value.
