The Bavarian Roasting Company is a young, regional manufacturer of specialty coffee. Everything started in a little garage a bit off the crowded streets of our medieval hometown. We pay outmost attention to the quality of our coffee beans which we import from a handpicked selection of coffee plantations from around the world. We roast like in the old days, no robots, no fancy gadgets - it's just us and the spirit of the masters that came before us. We keep their craft alive and try our best to make them proud.
