Our restaurant is renowned for its wide range of freshly prepared Franconian specialties and international dishes. Especially our fish dishes enjoy an excellent reputation. The freshwater fish are taken from our own aquarium. Our restaurant has repeatedly gained awards in the competition "Bavarian cuisine", where great importance is attached to the use of regional ingredients, skilful and tasty preparation, a fine decoration and a friendly and competent service. We are very proud of this award! Hot meals: May, June, July, August, November, December From 12 noon to 2.00 pm and from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm The restaurant is closed every Sunday evening During the other periods of the year Monday to Friday from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm Saturday from 12 noon to 2.00 pm and from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm Sunday from 12 noon to 2.00 pm Easter and Pentecost: Sunday and Monday from 12 noon to 2.00 pm Christmas closed on December 24 open on December 25 and 26 from 12 noon to 2.00 pm New Year's Eve open in the evening from 6.00 pm ("a la carte") New Year's day open from noon to 2.00 pm During the festival period (July 25 through August 28) the restaurant remains open until late at night after the festival performances!
