A medium size hotel bar. Friendly cocktail staff, all male. Good prices. Large selection of libations. A bit too noisy for my taste, if you wish a quiet drink, have it served in the lobby. A small food menu is available.
In an age when bartenders are becoming very important Bar 31 has a great one. Very innovative cocktail list, try the Ginger Rush
