We should always go where our desires lead us, that is probably where well find happiness. It was just that, a passion for football, that took Franco and Fernando Ricchio from their little town in Calabria to Munich in Bavaria. Life is full of surprises and that is how their passion for football was transformed into something completely different and took shape in the form of the restaurant Al Caminetto. The restaurant quickly became a prestigious place for Italian cuisine and today, thanks partly to fate and partly to intent, it is run by Franco and Fernandos two sisters, Angela and Teresa. They joined their brothers and reunited the family and, after twenty-seven years, decided to refurbish this established restaurant with their own personal touch.
