The culinary highlight of the hotel is the Gourmet Restaurant Sartory. This Salon Prive with 24 seats is named after Johann Georg Sartory who was the head chef at the Gasthof zu den Drei Mohren in the 19th century. Based on the french cuisine executive chef and host Simon Lang knows how to create culinary highlights combined with an exclusive selection of wine.
