Our signature store in the heart of Bambergs Old town the continuity of a long tradition. Since its founding in 1932, our Minges siganture store has had a firm place in Bambergs city center. After more than 85 years, we decided to set up our signature store in a future-oriented way. Of course, we have remained faithful to our roots in Bamberg. With much love and passion, a coffee shop with a daytime caf and roasting studio a roasting experience for coffee lovers was set up in the heart of Bambergs old town, close to the the Old Town Hall. We look forward to welcoming you!
