Fresh Breeze behind Old Walls: Ansbach was not even named in 11th Century, when the Ground Walls of Schwarzer Bock had been erected. This very important piece of Ansbach history with Centuries of Hospitality keeps the flame burning for us to keep the old house young -with fresh ingredients: local herbs, fish and venison as well as Ansbach last Beer brewed in town- at special occasions in the Schwarzer Bock.
