I can’t speak to the real food, as I stopped in for Huas gemacht kase kuchen (home made cheese cake) and a beer, with a view of the Alps across the way.The cheesecake was wonderful, the beer acceptable, and the view worth seeing.
Lovely surprise whilst walking round the Leutascher Gleisterklamm gorge walk (from the Austrian side.) Great location and good choice and good food, but not a bargain. Service prompt and efficient.
The Gletscherschliff is an excellent place to end up in after a walk in the Leutaschklamm. The views over Mittenwald and the Karwendel mountains are very good from the small terrace. Try the home baked cakes – they are extremely tasty and not too expensive.
