Our culinary background lies in North Vietnam. In the old imperial city of Hanoi you will find two wonderful lakes, which are popular tourist destinations and are therefore surrounded by an incredible number of streetfood stalls. In the tradition of these stalls we see ourselves in regard to taste, freshness and traditional North Vietnamese cuisine.
