We warmly welcome you to one of the best cuisines in the world. Fresh, light and healthy Does not make the world good, but better. In Vietnam, food is culture. Good food is a matter of course. Fresh herbs, rice in various forms, also as noodle or rice paper as well as "Nuoc Mam", the Vietnamese fish sauce, are the foundations of our kitchen. It contains elements from China, India, Thailand, the Khmer and not least French influences. That's what makes Vietnamese cuisine so unique. We use traditional recipes, dispense with the use of additional flavor enhancers & get our meat from species-appropriate, biological attitude. Our sauces and the special chives are homemade. All dishes are freshly prepared and therefore require appropriate time.
