This homely little cafe has a nice selection of home made cakes which can be enjoyed with a cup of coffee. There is some outside seating, and a toilet is available. No parking, of course. Enjoyable pit stop.
Cute little place, but parents beware- staff is not child friendly. If you have little ones, not worth stopping. Stopped for a few slices of birthday cake for our daughter and we all left upset because of the service.
In the center of Oberammergau you will find this small and cozy little place where you can taste handmade pies and chocolates. The strange thing is that two handmade slices of fantastic cakes (3/4€) cost less than two American coffee (5.20€).
I stopped here late in the afternoon for a sugar pick me up. Was not disappointed!! Excellent fresh baked pasteries, cakes & cookies. Fresh coffee too. Reasonably priced.
Great service and very good! Loved the hot chocolate and the Agnès bernauer cake! The woman who works there is very sweet.
If you like chocolate in all its forms, then this is the place for you. Good cakes, excellent coffee and with a few seats outside too.
