Johann Grill, native of the region "Ramsau", was the first to step over of the eastern side of the mountain "Watzmann". He also aimed to inspire people to hike. Known as Germany's first official mountain guide, he was also the owner of the first Watzmann restaurant named "Kederbach" after his farm's name. The restaurant distinguishes itself not only through regional products, but also through a creative kitchen and excellent service.
