Four of us stopped in here for lunch during our tour of the city. The staff was very friendly, and all of us had excellent lunches. I had the schnitzel with mushroom gravy. It was more like a cutlet which I liked.
Dinner was very good. I had the salad and the portion size was excellent. Please check with the restaurant if they accept credit cards – on memory I believe it was cash only.
Friendly welcome but a very poor meal in this wonderful old building with a central courtyard, Festooned with hunting trophies and murals what should have been a romantic meal was, in fact, a hurried experience despite the attentions of the Turkish staff.
Average food, average service, DOESN’T ACCEPT CARD PAYMENT, great location (in the main square), beautiful establishment.
