The Rothenburger Knight's Roll consists of a very finely extended dough which is firstly coated with a sour cream flavored according to an in-house recipe an then garnished depending on the variant you choose. E.g. with onion rings, ham cubes and grated cheese. Of course, you can also get the roll with a vegetarian garnish. Then, dough and garnish together is baked in a oven and is formed to a flavorsome roll in a special manner so that you can enjoy the roll while you are standing or walking.
