The history of our inn dates back to the year 1550 when it was mentioned and registered for the first time by deed and referred to as "Lichtensteiner Hof". Once you settle down for a stay you will not realize how fast time passes by. Enjoy excellent food in the inn furnished in traditonal ancient style. Our Franconian and international dishes are prepared with the best and freshest ingredients. The gourmet magazine "Der Feinschmecker" positioned our restaurant among 250 best inn restaurants. In our inn we serve traditional Franconian food and selected international dishes. We have pleasure in serving our renowned fish specialities. Following the tradition we serve the famous Aischgrunder carp in the months spelled with an "r" prepared in various styles and of course trout, Schleien and Waller (very tasty local fish) - all are prepared directly from the water bassin and prepared freshly for you ! The head chef, Mr. Olaf Bader and his team are looking forward to serving you with some of their culinary specialities. The Franconian specialities vary on our daily menu of the day.
