Influenced by the different cultures in Berlin-Neuklln as well as our creativity & dedication to gastronomy, our fusion cuisine is uniquely modern & at the same time deliciously original like in India. From political conviction, we cook strictly vegan & vegetarian food & without unnatural flavour enhancers, colourings or additives. FUTUREFOOD also means for us that we use many regional organic products, which are at the same time fair & solidary traded. Our different sauces, dressings & chilies are, with much effort & dedication, from our own production! All this & even more differentiates us from most other Indian restaurants. In a cosy and relaxed atmosphere we serve various legendary & modern variations of our FUSIONCURRYS with Basmati-Risberg & Deluxe salad side dish. You will also be enchanted by various high-quality soups, colourful fruity salads and specially created desserts! Uniquely delicious mangolassi, ice frappes, juices, chai tea and many other homemade drinks are part of our wide range of drinks. Here too, origin, quality & worldwide solidarity are always the top priority when choosing. You as our guests are thus part of a solidary cycle, which directly supports drinking water projects, cooperatives, feminism, environmental protection, sea rescue organisations and many other social structures worldwide. We also like to serve alcoholic drinks with our meals, such as 4 kinds of regional beer from QUARTIERMEISTER*IN from X-BERG, vegan red & white wines in organic quality as well as extremely high-quality brandies. GRAPPA, VODKA, GIN & RUM are waiting to be tasted by you as aperitif, degistif or long drink! Optionally, a politically correct delivery-collective will bring all food & drinks in an ecological packaging to your front door.
