Hello! We are a family Restaurant or in italians a "Trattoria", where we recreate original recipes from our mothers and grandmothers. Jamme Ja is an experiment, a food laboratory, a mix of culture and good tastes. Our project is to take the ancient food traditions of South of Italy and bring them in Germany! Old recipes, of course, our grandmothers recipes...A mix of good ingredients, some italians and some germans to create a perfect balance of taste.
