We use organic ingredients in our kitchen and if possible, locally grown and produced by farmers in the Brandenburg countryside. Every morning, 7 - 10:30am weekdays and 8am - 12:30pm weekends, we start our day with a delicious, healthy and nutritious buffet with homemade jams and spreads. It's a breakfast to power you up rather than weigh you down. Dinner, served from 6:30 - 11pm, from Tuesday to Sunday, is organic and local as ever, but with a more fine-dining take on things.
