The "Rodzio"(Portuguese for "rotating") is a Brazilian restaurant with a special rotisserie brazier "Churrasqueira", in which, meat is fried not only in a very gentle and healthful manner, but also being incomparably delicious. This elaborate brazier is a prerequisite for our unique specialty. The "Churrasqueira ", is a special Brazilian brazier, which was originally prepared by Brazilian cattle herders, the Gauchos, on campfires. Various cuts of the most exquisite quality of meat are first marinated and tastily seasoned by following Brazilian barbecue recipes. Then the meat is grilled on a skewer until it will be perfectly tender and juicy, at which point, our grill masters, the Churrasqueiro, bring skewers with the freshly grilled, glorious-looking meat, and cut the delicious pieces directly onto your plate until you say "stop" or "Halt" in German. Our beef is exclusively imported to us directly from Brazil and Argentina along controlled, gentle express routes. The meat that appears on your plate is a high-quality product that is unparalleled (not only) in Berlin.
