We love Spatzle (Swabian Noodles)! Our delicious fresh Spatzle are home-made every day from scratch - on a a daily basis we therefore at least 90 fresh eggs and 10 kg of wheat flour. We knead the dough by hand, as in the good old days. For the green Spatzle we add some fresh spinach and for our dark Spatzle we use rye flour. The Maultaschen (Swabian Ravioli) and Schupfnudeln (Swabian Potato Noodles) are sourced from a local manufacturer who understands his craft and processed only fresh ingredients like we do. Try our ever changing specials! We use for them only what we can get on the local market related to the regionally season. All dishes are available depending on your appetite in the three different sizes: S, M and L. We also introduced recently two extra special days: every Tuesday and Thursday is Schnitzel day. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, we offer our delicious Leberkase (German meatloaf) burger. You are vegetarian? No problem! Because most of our dishes are also available in a vegetarian version. Just ask while you order! And if you don't have time to stay, or rather eat in the comfort of your own space, all our dishes are also available for takeaway. It also can be faster if you pre-ordered by phone. Anyway, we have also super comfortable seats - we take reservations - just call!
