We are the first 100% plant-based and zero waste Restaurant. Everything comes from our own production and the associated food comes from sustainable and organic farming. We also have a composting machine. At FREA, we use all our leftovers. From sourdough bread, hazelnut spread, chocolate or our handmade Pasta. We want to make a change through amazing taste.
