Managing director and sommelier Ivo Ebert opened the renowned restaurant einsunternull in November 2015 in Berlin-Mitte. It earned its Michelin star within the first year and quickly gained recognition far beyond the borders of Germany through further international awards. Amongst others, it was awarded 17 points by Gault&Millau in December 2018 and is thus officially one of the capital's top ten. Einsunternull has become a synonym for creative and product-focused cuisine as well as handcrafted wines. Since March 2019, the gourmet restaurant has integrated the German capital city into its portfolio as a cosmopolitan place with its manifold, multicultural influences - both in its kitchen as in its overall concept. Chef de cuisine is Silvio Pfeufer, who has gained several years of experience at star level under prestigious head chefs such as Jan Hartwig (Atelier***). Together, the two set out to jointly answer the eternally unresolved question "What is Berlin?" on a culinary level.
