The Shochu Bar offers the ultimate in Japanese Bartending, with Japanese flair on display in an artistic setting. The menu is split into 2 sections. Under the heading Origins you'll find classic recipes handed down over 200 years of cocktail-making! What's really interesting in this section is the bar's very own Shochu-based creations. Schochu is a mild, Japanese spirit made from barley and rice combined with Japanese flavours such as nashi pears, sesame, green tea and jasmine blossom. The results look amazing and taste even better!
