PIDAZA & PIADINA "Is the new kind of healthy flatbread" Pidaza is a flatbread baked in northern Italy according to a family recipe that works completely without animal fats, eggs, milk and is very thin. There are two varieties to choose from - one with wheat flour and cold-pressed grape seed oil and one with spelled flour. It is covered with various fresh, high-quality and natural ingredients, such as with mozzarella, avocado, tofu, fresh vine tomatoes or cooked ham, salami, tuna and much more.
