We love fresh and seasonal products! This is why we serve exactly those to all guests of our restaurant and beergarden. Whenever possible we get our ingredients from local farmers, shepherds and gardens. Salads, vegetables and herbs are grown and harvested in our own garden and fields, the marmelade is cooked by country women from our village. Poultry and eggs are from our neighbours, the lamb from the shepherd nearby and dear from our hunter. Pork is deliverd from a breeder who treats the animals well and the sausages are made with own recepies. This is all cooked by our wonderful - and beautiful - chef Isabel Remu who creates a special either creative and delicate cuisine based on the classig countryside kitchen. You will find wild flowers and herbs on your plate arranged like an ancient still life. Besides our regular menue we have one with weekly changed dishes, orientated on what nature presents us. Freshly baked cakes and tarts as well as home mode limonades will be the best refreshment if you are travelling on one of the multiple trails around the Krmer Forest! Our spacioous garden invites you to sit outside, enjoing the calmness and beauty of the nature watching our horses on the surrounding pasture.
